UK orders are shipped out by Royal Mail 2nd class free of charge which is a 2-5 working day service. There is a small fee to upgrade to 1st class if you require your order quicker. Royal Mail state 1st class service is a 1-2 working day service with most arriving the next working day. We also offer Special Delivery for guaranteed next day delivery.
We ship worldwide. All orders are shipped by Royal Mail Airmail service, with estimated delivery dates between 5-10 working days depending on location.

If you wish to return an item due to a fault or an item is incorrect then please contact us through eBay messages and please select the option "OTHER" as this will come direct through to us. If you select "Item Not As Described" you will automatically open a resolution case against us which damages our business as eBay marks us down for the resolution case being opened.
We will pay for any faulty item to be returned back to us if required and will always have a replacement or a refund sent out if required.
