As title says this is the complete metal casing with plastic front panel for the Akai MPC 2000XL, not other accessories are included.
This was removed from a used unit and carefully cleaned, being almost 20 years old (the Akai MPC2000XL was released in 1999!) you can expect some signs of wear like small scratches/dents but all that is just cosmetic and it is expected in a unit this old.
