Old Genius 2-button mechanical mouse. May be someone need it as memorabilia or for work, because it still works well (if your PC has PS/2 port).
ConditionMouse is used, but looks fine as you can see at photos. It works well in my Ubuntu desktop.

For Israel or Eastern Europe shipping takes around 8-10 days till end-customer post office.
For overseas (USA) shipping takes around 16-18 days till distance country facility.
