We use various couriers, Yodel, Royal Mail, Hermes etc and wherever possible we will issue you with a tracking number, this will not always be possible, but we will notify you when your order has been dispatched. Tracker number and dispatch notification will be via eBay.
None of our items can be collected in person
All our electrical items come with a standard UK 3 pin plug, if you are purchasing for any other country please double check that it will be compatible with your electrical voltage. An adapter may be required.
Our items are sourced from various fulfilment centres or other third party suppliers throughout the UK, therefore on some occasions you may find your item packaging is branded, or you may receive a branded invoice. This is so that we can get your order to you as promptly as possible.
