Horn spoon with silver shield and whistle

Description: A good Victorian horn spoon with shield and whistle finial.  Note that the whistle does not work. The mounts are probably silver plated but might possibly be silver.  There are some worn marks to the whistle which may be hallmarks or registration marks.

Condition: Lovely patina and a genuine Victorian antique. Would make a wonderful christening present.
