If any item is found to be incorrect/ damaged in transit or unsatisfactory the buyer is required to notify us within 2 days and then return the item within 14 days in the condition in which it was received . Any security markings need to be intact and any units not opened,so long as this is the case a full refund shall be made promptly or when possible and required a replacement item sent out immediately. If an item is returned and found to be in any way tampered with, a different item etc a refund shall not be made nor shall a replacement be offered and you shall be reported is appropriate to Ebay for fraud . The return of the item,including preparation for transit and postage fees remains the responsibility of the buyer.please return by recorded post.

If an item is ordered incorrectly or for any reason the buyer no longer requires the item then a return shall need to be made within 14 for a refund minus original postage fees - the refund shall be made immediately.In this case the item needs to be unopened,security markers intact and once again needs to be the same item in the same condition as sent out otherwise no refund shall be made .
