I bought this from a natural store (Mastels) and it comes with 3 sets of 10 pads and about 7 pads extra in the last set. It works well, I just stopped using it because I bought the one with water which is more powerful (this is more of a personal or for office). It does have oil deposit on the outside (see pictures)
