Powers on and has output to TV that I tested on but I have no Laser Disc's to test unfortunately so I am selling AS-IS AND NO RETURNS.

Came from a climate controlled smoke free environment.

Wish I had a way to test it but unfortunately I don't have any disc's for it at this time.

The TV I tried it on normally has a black screen unless whatever the input is plugged in is turned on that's why the last picture shows it is receiving the signal. When the unit was powered off the TV screen went back to black as normally does when no signal is present.

Honestly I'm pretty positive it works but since I have no disc to test it is being sold AS-IS AND NO RETURNS. I don't want any unhappy buyers so I would rather be safe then sorry just incase!
