Vintage S&E Toys Japanese Battery Operated Interceptor with Whirling Propeller in Original Box
Wonderful flight simulator with cockpit controls mounted on a folding tripod, with folding tinplate wings. Inside the lighted screen in the middle, simply designed planes fly towards the user and user tries to shoot them with the machine gun kontrol while moving the plane over the tripod. No indication have been observed if/when the shots are successful. Quite interesting for its period. The propeller is whirling while working.
In wonderful condition and working. Light surface corrosion at a few spots. Original box in incomplete fair condition with tears and repairs. The machine gun control is stiff and sometimes doesn't react possible because the mechanical transmission inside may be tired.
