We only use FedEx or DHL and we provide FREE SHIPPING worldwide for any purchase.

Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods are available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are based on the shipping method that you choose. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

Generally, you will have the option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery and insure your item. Please take note that we will not be liable for any damages in transit. We strongly recommend our customers to get their high value purchases insured. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method or get your items insured, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 5 pm GMT or your order will not be processed until the following business day.

Tracking Your Order

We will ship your orders within 1-2 business days after payment is received. After we ship your order, eBay will send you a shipping confirmation email which includes your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also retrieve your tracking number and order status by going to the Purchase History Page of your eBay account.

Returns

Please contact us and make arrangements before making a return. All returned Item(s) must be in original, unused condition within 14 days with original tags/packaging. If there are any signs of wear, damage, or tampered, it will be at our discretion not to warrant the returns or exchange. 

All returns will be processed within 14 business days when received.  A refund will then be issued for the purchase price less all shipping and restocking costs if applicable.
