8.  Return policy.  Returns are accepted on unopened items only.  No returns are accepted on loose items unless the item shipped is different than the item listed. We always have the exact item pictured for loose items so please look closely and ask questions before buying.  For unopened items, member must contact us 48 hours after receipt of item.  Item must be returned in original condition and shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.  Upon our receipt of return, buyer will be refunded the amount less shipping charges.
