·        All orders are dispatched within one working day with tracking information. Weekend orders are dispatched on Monday. It takes 1-3 working days for items to be delivered within the UK.

·        International postage: Parcel force International Priority (5 to 7 working days).

Returns & Warranty

Returns for refund or replacement are accepted within 30 days from the day of purchase. In order to return an item you must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). All returned items must be returned in its original condition, all pass-codes and i-cloud accounts must be removed from the devices before returning it.

·        We will pay for the return postage if item is returned within 30 days.

·        Please contact us first through eBay if wishing to return.

·        Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage.

·        Refunds are usually processed within 2 working days of us receiving the item back.

·        We will refund you by the same method of payment (Pay-pal).

Your warranty will cover you for parts and labour in the first 60 days after that your warranty will cover you for labour only.

Payment
