This is a used Tamiya mfg. DMD T-03 which is used in their "big tank series" radio control 1/16 tanks.  This is a used item, but has been tested and works just fine.  This particular unit is for their Tiger, King Tiger, Panther and Jagdpanther tanks.  I'm not sure what else it may fit.
