Returns will not be accepted for: new items that have been used or washed, new items with the tags removed, items that have been physically altered while in the buyer’s possession or items damaged by the buyer. A refund will be sent as soon as the item is received by us, assuming that all stated conditions have been met.

Many of our items offer “FREE SHIPPING”. Although shipping is free for the buyer, we still pay to ship the merchandise. 


POLICY

A restocking fee of 20% applies if item is returned minus shipping costs as long as the item is never used. Tag must still be attached to receive the proper credit. If the requirements are not met, a refund will not be issued.
