Free P+P

We know that its important that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

All orders placed Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day or the next working day.

All orders placed on a Saturday/Sunday or on a bank/public holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

All games and portable consoles are sent via Royal Mail. Please bear in mind that whilst Royal Mail do deliver most items within a few days, they do not consider an item to be  lost until 10 working days ( 20 for International ) after the delivery due date. You will never be out of pocket if Royal Mail loose your item but we are restricted by these time frames.

Free P + P  ..... Dose not cover sign for . there is an option for sign for (£1.50) extra you will get a tracking number and if you choose to have sign for and your Item gets lost in the post a immediate refund will be given if the item is lost or damaged.

If you choose Free P+P  and if the item is lost a proof of postage will be supplied to your self and the claim will go through the post office and may take up to 31 days to resolve . Any item over £20 will be issued a Sign for automatically free of charge.

Larger or heavier items such as home consoles are sent by Hermes and sometimes Collect+. Both Hermes and Collect+ will only open a claim for a lost item after the 5th Working day after being sent (7 Days for remote areas).

If the item is international ( NOT UK ) then the delivery can take a while so please don't order if your in a hurry to receive it. 

Free Delivery (2nd Class) can take 2 to 5 working days to arrive which is a estimated delivery time. In rare cases this can take up 10 working days to arrive before it is classified as lost.

If a tracking number is provided then please check on  www.royalmail.com  after 7 pm to track your parcel as the tracking number goes live after this time.

In some cases if no one is home the parcel is returned to your local delivery office awaiting collection and sometimes a calling card is not left by the delivery company so please check with them.

Please order Before 2 PM for same day dispatch. All orders after 2 PM will be posted first thing the next working day. No dispatch's on Sundays or National Holidays.

Please pay or contact me to confirm time of payment with in 48 hours of buying or the item will be marked as unpaid and relisted.

All Items have to be returned before refund is issued.

You have 30 days to change your mind after you receive it . The item must be returned in the same condition that it arrives and the postage cost to return it is the buyers responsibility.

If the item is faulty / Broken / Not as described. then a full refund including the cost of the postage ( 2nd Class ) to return the item will issued on return of the item.
