These fins have been used before. They are one size fits all. they measure 18" inches minus the strap., and 4" inches wide at opening. The straps have a lot of ware so they will need to be replaced. The metal brackets though are in tact. There is a 1 1/2" inch slit in one of the fins, could easily be glued or melted shut, pictured for you as well as a discount added in for you. These are going to be great fins for diving, swimming, scuba, whatever you see fit.
