RETURNS, REFUNDS

This product has a warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 60 days after receipt. If the item is defective or not as described it can be returned within 60 days after receipt. Consumables are not covered. Should you not require the item you can notify us within 14 days of receipt and return the item within the following 14 days. This does not cover if the product has been misused, or used contrary to instructions or where the product has been the subject of unauthorised modification.

We will either:

  • Repair – and return the item to you at no extra charge
  • Replace – and return the item to you at no extra charge
  • Refund - the item including the original shipping charge

Warranty covers hardware only. Software support is NOT provided.
