2. Item must be returned as received- unworn, unused, undamaged, in the original interior plastic bag/box. We may also request mailing container, including wrapping, packaging, and contents. All tags must be intact. Some items are hard to repackage, so please take that into account when opening.
3. As with most online sellers, buyers are responsible for all shipping & handling costs as those are costs that we incur to ship the item to you.
4. When returning you agree to an ebay order cancellation so that some of our fees can be reimbursed.
5. Once we receive the package, it is inspected to ensure that it has the invisible/indelible markings that show it did in fact come from our stores. Refunds are issued generally within 24 hours of inspection.
