Goods
will be posted by Royal Mail Second Class within 2 working days once payment has been recieved. It should be delivered between three to five
working days for customers in the UK. We will give you the tracking number if we
send the goods recorded with Royal Mail.
Refund and Exchange
We are
happy to refund or exchange when the goods has not been used with original
package within 7 days.
However,
shipping cost will not be refunded and you are responsible for paying any postage
incurred when returning the product to us. Used or artificial damage are
unacceptable.
Photos
will be required to prove the condition of the goods.
We recommend that
all returns be sent by registered post, so that a record of the return is
available for you.
We will not issue
refunds for any items lost or stolen in transit to us.
Where a return is
lost or stolen in transit to us, you should claim compensation from the company
that shipped the return.
