I try to take pictures with and without a flash, close-up, etc. to give the buyer the best view, but sometimes the camera has trouble getting it right.  

This happens a lot with very dark or very bright colors.  If you are extremely picky about color, please contact me to see if I can describe it better than the listing.

• Auctions: Immediate payment means fastest shipment.  I usually ship within 1-2 days of cleared payment, and plan the shipping process around the ending of auctions. 
• Buy-it-Now: Please Pay-it-Now as well!  Faster payments mean faster shipping. 
• If payment is not received within 7 days with no communication/explanation, I will seek help through the resolution center.

 U.S. Shipping is always *FREE*!!

• I ship within 1-2 business days via USPS First Class & Priority Mail. 
• Items generally arrive within 2-5 days, rarely longer.  PLEASE contact me if an item has taken longer than 7 days so I can help to track it down!
• Tracking information is always included. 
• If you’d like your item shipped any other way (FedEx, UPS, USPS Express, etc.), I’m happy to set it up. 

International shipping:

The Global Shipping Program seems to be a lot more expensive than the methods I have always used.  If you’d like to go outside that program, just let me know.  

I will use whatever shipping service you’d like, but generally go with USPS First Class International and Priority.

RETURNS:

I accept returns within 14 days after the item has been delivered.  

Refunds are given when I receive the item in its original, undamaged condition.
