We send our order using the reliable Australia Post, ensuring your items arrive quickly and safely. All items are sent with tracking details allowing us to get real time tracking information, giving you accurate delivery estimations.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We certainly do ship worldwide! Please send us a message for a personalised invoice, or simply for a quote regarding shipping prices to your location. Please note that international orders may take 1-3 weeks to arrive, depending on your duration it takes for you Country to process the package through Customs.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries.

 

 

We appreciate all payments being received within 3 business days. Regretfully in the event of non-payment we have to lodge an unpaid item dispute with Ebay which may adversely affect your account. In the unlikely event that an item is found to have manufacturing faults, or has been incorrectly sent, we will gladly replace it. Claims for faulty merchandise need to be made within 7 days of receipt/delivery.
