Seamax Genovo 12V Electric Air Pump with 7AH Battery
Designed for inflatable Paddle Board, SUP & Raft

Main Features: LCD Display, Digital Control & Digital Pressure Gauge, Dual Motors & Double Stages, Built in Turbo Fan & High Pressure Compressor; Input: DC12V / 40A / Max Power Dissipation: 500W. Max 500L Air per Minute & Pressure Max 80kpa (11.6 PSI). Pressure Increments: Per 1Kpa / 0.15 PSI & Start from 1 PSI. Pump Auto Stop. Maximum Continuous Working Time: 30 Minutes.

Enter the maximum desired pressure by using the set pressure button. The pump provides readings in metric (KPa).  (Pressure: 10KPa = 100mbr = 1.45 PSI).  Default working pressure is set at 25KPa (3.6 PSI) for heavy duty inflatable boat. 45Kpa / 6 PSI for inflatable kite, 11.6 PSI(80Kpa) for high pressure air floor of inflatable boat, paddle board, SUP.

Press the POWER button to start. During inflation, the left hand side of LCD screen shows the pressure that the inflator has reached. As soon as entered set pressure has been reached, the inflator turns off automatically.  Take off the air hose from the chamber once the pump stops running. The inflator can be turned off manually at any time by pressing the POWER button.

Battery Built-in Model 80DB (Digital & Battery): 7AH Lead Acid Gel Battery with 110/240V Travel Charger. Max Charger Current: DC 14V / 1 A; Charging time: 12-24 Hours; Battery life time: 10 years or 500 cycles.

Standard Version: for inflatable boats up to 6 PSI / 50 Kpa.

Pump Operation Detail Instruction
  1. Choose the proper fitting for the air valve of your inflatable boat or paddle board. Put the valve at the inflation position. Attach the correct valve adapter to the inflation hose that comes with your pump. Attach the other end to the pump (smooth round outlet on the pump)
  2. Turn the power on the pump, switch located in the bottom corner.
  3. Enter the maximum desired pressure by using the set pressure button. The set pressure will be shown on the right hand side of the LCD screen. The pump provides readings in metric (KPa).  (Pressure: 10KPa = 100mbr = 1.45 PSI).  Factory default working pressure is set at 25KPa (3.6 PSI).This pressure is suitable for most inflatable boats. 45Kpa is 6 PSI to support the inflatable kite, 80Kpa is 11.6 PSI to support the Paddle board.

  4. Press the POWER button to start. During inflation, the left hand side of LCD screen should show the pressure that the inflator has reached. As soon as entered set pressure has been reached, the inflator turns off automatically.  Take off the air hose from the chamber once the pump stops running. The inflator can be turned off at any time by pressing the POWER button again. It is possible to stop the inflator at any time by pressing this button.

  5. The inflator operates in two stages which can be identified by the noise of the turbine at the beginning followed by the piston. The inflator switches from turbine to piston automatically.  If the chamber pressure is over 7KPa / 1 PSI, the pump will start the 2nd stage only. If the set pressure is lower than the chamber’s pressure, the pump won’t be started.

Additional Information

  1. This pump is suitable for the products that are using the HR (Halkey-Roberts), Bravo or similar type air valve, Leafield valve etc. (leafield C7 valve adaptor is optional)This kind of air valve has a turning pin at the middle to control the valve’s Open & Closed position. There are universal valve adapters supplied with the pump to fit it.

  2. The inflator operates in two stages which can be identified by the noise of the turbine at the beginning followed by the piston. The inflator switches from turbine to piston automatically. If the chamber pressure is over 7KPa / 1 PSI, the pump will start the 2nd stage only. If the set pressure is lower than the chamber’s pressure, the pump won’t turn on.

  3. Use for Deflation - You can use it to deflate the same chamber too. Attach the yellow hose onto the deflation side of the inflator (round outlet with notches). Attach the other end to the chamber you wish to deflate.

  4. Warranty - For recreational using, the electrical control boards, motor, charger are guaranteed for 2 years. Air hose, valve adapters and carrying bag are guaranteed for 6 months. Warranty for commercial use is limited to six months from purchase date.
