Up for grabs is a vintage 1997 Hasbro GI Joe Cobra Rage driver ALLEY VIPER action figure with file card and accessories. I'm not any type of grading authority but the figure and accessories look gently played with and seem to be in overall good shape with mostly tight joints and o-ring.
