Advertised for sale here is a 1967 ES-330TDC in excellent condition. This is appears to be all original apart from one tuning machine. It comes with a non-original hard case which is in fact an Epiphone case which has had Gibson printed over an erased Ephiphone logo.
Take a look at the 36 HD photos shown below to see the condition of the 330. The replaced tuning machine (I've pretty sure the tuning peg itself is the original one) is a Gibson Deluxe, it must have been replaced a long time ago as the patina seems to perfectly match the other original tuners.
The 330 is free from the common neck break or any repairs. The back of the neck shows signs of wear, probably from a previous owner wearing a heavy-duty ring which has taken the finish off. The back of the neck is still smooth (the marks are not indentation) and there is no over-spray. There are a couple of small dings which have been touched-up on the front of the body.
The 330 neck pickup is an exceptionally rare black-on-black P90 and is amazingly hot, it is the perfect blues pickup. The bridge pickup is your more common grey bottom pickup which has great treble clarity.
The 330 is set up perfectly, the frets are still very good and have lots of life left in them and play without issue all over the neck.
All in all you've got an excellent condition 330 here from 1967 with a screaming hot neck pickup.
I do consider all offers but low-ball offers obviously get ignored. The 330 is advertised elsewhere so serious interest should be acted upon.
Cash on collection is preferred but if I ship I do so fully insured using TNT.
If you have any questions please feel free to get in touch and I generally do reply quickly.
This is the last time the Gibson will be listed for sale before returning into a collection.
