Return Exclusions: • Items that contact the nose, mouth or inner ear. • Any factory sealed item that has been opened, or new item with tags removed.

Refunds do NOT include the price of shipping.  Refunds are for complete purchase price, but do not include shipping charges.  If you return any items from an order that received FREE Shipping, the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount.
