You are viewing a used but in very good condition Disney DVD, Mulan and Mulan II.  This is from my own personal collection.  It has been viewed and I can confirm there is no skipping or freezing.  I used a Panasonic DVD player for this testing.  Please see the photos for your own assessment.  Both DVDs have only been watched once since purchase.

2)   Prompt shipping:  All of my listings are pre-packaged and ready for prompt shipping.  Even though I have listed shipping within two days, I pride myself in having a shipping label on the package within hours of payment and shipping the next business day.

3)   Communication:  I am very approachable.  If you have any questions on any of my ongoing sales, I try to respond within the shortest amount of time to answer you.  (My career demands I be with my patients throughout the day so it may take a little longer to get back with you if during my practice hours.)

If I feel I have failed at any of these, I will do what it takes to make the situation right.  Please contact me before leaving any negative feedback.  I will always give positive buyer feedback for payment made within 1 hour after auction won or BIN.  Positive feedback will only be given to those who give positive feedback after their purchase is received.

These are my absolutes on every sale:

1)     Your payment must be through PayPal only and within 48 hours after the sale ends.  Failure to do so may result in termination of the sale and negative feedback received.  An automatic ban listing will be made as well.                               

2)     Shipping is within the Continental USA only, overseas or Canadian inquiries will not be responded to.

3)     I will only ship to the address on file with PayPal.  I will not ship to an alternate address or PO Boxes.                                                                                                                                                                                    

4)     I will NOT end an auction early or entertain early termination offers.

5)     I will NOT entertain a buyer’s request to alter the cost of the product or the shipping.  Simply do NOT ask!  I will however combine shipping when multiple items are purchased at the same time.  Please let me know you are doing this and I will create an altered invoice for you to pay from.

6)     It is your responsibility to:
