Played a couple times and put away. Complete and Ready to play!
A very good civil war game. It includes a complete map of the US at the time, tactical battles, strategic movement, diplomatic issues, and players experience what leaders in that time period faced. There are some rules issues to be addressed so refer to the Eagle Games website for rules clarifications.
The box contains a large three-part playing board that is a map that covers the main theaters of the American Civil War, rules (with three levels of complexity from Basic to Advanced), dice, and a large number of plastic 20mm-scale figures, moulded in four colors.
One thing that the box does not contain is the Tactical Battle Board, but the rules make it clear that this is not required, and that one can be made from a large piece of card. One can be bought from the company if desired.
Box Dimensions (In Inches): Box is a little worse for wear, and has seen better days...but still fully functional!
