Participation in additional shipping charges
- In case of error by the customer for the ordered product or the delivery address, we will bring it to charge additional shipping costs
Withdrawal period
The customer has a period of 7 calendar days to return, at its expense, the products do not suit him. This period starts from the date of delivery of the customer order. All returns must be reported to us beforehand by email. The product must be returned complete and intact in its original packaging and in perfect condition for resale.
