1.The majority of our items are new but have been previously handled on store shelves and have been in storage so they may need a minor dusting off..please note our items are stored with thousands of other plush dogs , cats, horses, apes. monkeys etc that have synthetic or authentic hair and may need hair removal . Please see ruler for the exact measurements .. Please note that when the silver ruler is shown in a photo it is an 18" ruler not 12" .

2. Payment is expected within 2 days of the auction closing. If you need more time to pay please just contact us because If payment is not received after 2 days, an unpaid item case is automatically opened, which may affect your ability to buy or sell on eBay and we will need to shut the auto claim off.
