EVERY item I list has been tested by me for basic functionality prior to its listing - unless otherwise stated. It has always been my intent to be honest when describing every item as well as fair with every buyer, so each item is accurately described and shipped in exactly the same condition as listed. Items are carefully photographed and usually safely packed for shipping before listing.

Images are always of the actual item(s) you will receive - unless otherwise stated. What you see is in fact what you will actually receive, so examine every image carefully. Each is an important part of the description and please read the entire listing carefully. Used means an item will most likely have minor scuffs and scratches, major damage will be noted and/or imaged. If you have ANY questions or are unsure of ANY detail no matter how trivial it might seem - or if you don’t fully understand something in the listing it’s important to ask BEFORE bidding !  I usually respond same or next day.

PAYMENT: Required within 3 days of auction end and it’s simple, the sooner it arrives the quicker your item ships and arrives at your door. Non-paying bidders are always reported with an eBay case opened and a full non-paying bidder complaint filed.

Your knowledge is your only purchasing guide ! It is the bidders full responsibility to know enough about what they choose to buy including - compatibility, how to set up and use it as well as its proper/safe operation. Never assume I know more about any item than the description states, nor presume anything not specifically stated or shown in the images ! We all make mistakes, if you can correct any of my listings in any way, please let me know so I can do better !

BUT, since we’ve all encountered stupid people as well as scammers, connivers, cheaters and outright thieves masquerading as honest buyers, this seller must protect himself from those seeking to return an item after the sale which they have managed to somehow damage, demand a refund to offset some ‘claimed’ uninsured shipping loss or attempt to pull that ridiculous ‘not as listed’ crap.

The conditions that apply to ALL my listings are:

For all NEW items   -  Manufacturer’s Warranty is the ONLY guarantee !For all USED items  - NO guarantee of any kind is ever expressed or implied !

Everything is sold - As-Is and Where-Is !
ALL sales are FINAL !!! That means NO returns, refunds or credits for ANY reason including uninsured shipping damage or loss !  If you somehow managed to purchase the wrong item I will work with you until that item has shipped - once shipped cancellations or refunds are NO LONGER possible!

SOFTWARE: Unless new and sealed any serial numbers/codes included are considered used/registered but should install to the proper OS and providing your system includes required support libraries-etc, these variables make guarantees impossible. Simple searches are recommended so buyer can know it will work with their OS and system. Used software may be missing paperwork so whenever possible critical duplicates are included to improve your experience. Used disks show signs of use and are checked for readability before shipping. Disk data (located under the label not the protective bottom) is not affected by light scratches and if a disk requires resurfacing the original shine is replaced with a faint, dull swirling pattern and the disk data remains readable.

SHIPPING and HANDLING: Shipping cost is determined by your zip through eBay’s shipping calculator which emails tracking data once the shipping label is printed. Buyer responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise stated and includes cost of multiple packages if required. Insurance or special handling is available but must be requested and paid for prior to shipping. NO refunds for uninsured items damaged in transit.
Every item is carefully packed with Styrofoam, Peanuts, packing paper or Bubble Wrap and ships in a sturdy container. Since most are boxed prior to listing my listings often ship the same day if payment arrives before Noon (Eastern time). Combined shipping is possible, but since I usually ship quickly you MUST notify me at your first purchase. Should instant payment be required for the items you wish to combine, pay the full amount and any combined savings from those possible to repackage will be refunded when our transaction is complete.
In addition to its constantly increasing fees, eBay now keeps a portion of the shipping cost as well, then PayPal takes its own slice off the top of every transaction (yes, including shipping) totaling up to 13+% and sometimes more, so sellers only have what little remains to carefully pack and ship your items.

FEEDBACK: Should you encounter any issue contact me, I cannot possibly do anything if I do not know about your issue ! According to eBay, anything less than a 5 on their ‘star’ feedback system is a negative buying experience so 5 stars please !  Over the years I’ve found that scammers, connivers, cheaters and outright thieves will usually file negative feedback first, hoping negative leverage will blackmail sellers into at least a partial refund. This seller does not submit to blackmail of any kind ! ! !

I’m proud of my 100% positive feedback, but it seems too many buyers no longer bother leaving feedback, perhaps not realizing how important it is to prospective buyers wanting to know if they’re dealing with honest sellers. That’s why I can now only provide positive feedback after a buyer has left positive feedback for their purchase.
Should you have an issue or new question about an item you purchased within a day or so of receiving it, select the ‘OTHER’ option when communicating and I will get back to you through EBAY within a day or so. If I can answer your question or help you I will ! But I cannot assist you in any way if I’m unaware of your question and I will NOT assist you if you post preemptive negative feedback.

RETURNS: Broken items cannot be returned!
Select ‘OTHER’ to communicate and I’ll do anything I can to assist you.
On the rare occasion a return is allowed and ONLY if the item is returned in exactly the same condition as the listing described the item. That is: not damaged, missing components, or a defective substitution (items are marked to insure honesty).
If for any reason a return is processed, buyer agrees to have a 20% restocking fee plus the original shipping cost deducted from any refund.
Should you choose to ‘open a case’ eBay will instruct you to return the item at ‘YOUR EXPENSE’ and we will proceed from there. BUT, even returning the original unbroken item can never guarantee a refund.

And please, remember that your bid is actually a contract! Once an offer or bid is made, bidders agree to pay and confirm they have read the entire listing and by bidding understand and accept all the terms and limitations specified therein.
