Payment and Shipping

We respectfully request that payment be made as soon as possible. We understand that sometimes payment cannot be made immediately. If you will require more than 3 business days to complete payment, please communicate with us. We are more than happy to hold an item for a short period of time. Ebay is set to automatically open an unpaid item case if payment is not received within 14 days. If you purchased an item without recording payment and receive an unpaid item request, please do not take this as a personal affront. We will hold your item until the case closes. 

• At this time we only accept PayPal as a payment method. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. 

Your item will typically ship within one business day, and should arrive within 3-5 business days. We hold ourselves accountable to delivering your item to the postal service on time, but cannot make any guarantees about the transit speed of the carrier

• We offer a combined shipping discount of highest shipping plus $1 for each additional item with a winning bid greater than $0.99. Just request a total after winning your items.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns, but please contact us before opening a case.  We inspect all of our items, but from time to time, something gets past us. All items will need to be returned and inspected before a refund is issued.

UniqueYouApparel will not pay for return shipping on requests made for sizing issues or imperfections; as they are listed in the item description.
