KENNER STANDARD PROTOTYPE Star Wars Luke Skywalker.

This is a rare factory sample used for quality assurance testing. While it is very difficult to tell, many engineering pilot prototypes find their way inside this type of product sample and this appears to be one.   You can see a rather sloppy paint job on the neck  with a few paint dribbles on the figure (see last 3 pics)

The green tags are used in ongoing quality testing, sometimes the comments indicate that the figure in the package has a paint or some type of package variation.  See pictures for details and to see the tags comments.
