We ship most items using USPS. For larger items, we ship UPS. Any delay in time due to holidays, weather, transportation, etc. is out of our control. A tracking number will be sent as soon as the item is shipped. We WILL COMBINE SHIPPING, when possible. WE SHIP WITHIN ONE BUSINESS DAY of receiving your payment. We do not ship until your payment has been received. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before making your purchase. We cannot be held responsible for undeliverable addresses.

We prefer PAYPAL. Payment is due immediately after hitting "buy it now" button. Please contact us as soon as possible if you cannot fulfill payment in a timely manor, or if you need to cancel your order.

RETURNS

 We accept all returns. We offer a full refund if there was an error in the listing, pictures, or the item was damaged in shipping. If an item is damaged in shipping, please take pictures of the condition of your packaging and item when you receive it, to help us resolve any issues with the shipping carrier. Also, pictures are part of the description, so please take a close look at the item listed before purchasing. Please be advised if an item is returned due to any other reason, the buyer will pay return shipping as well as a 20% restocking fee. Please contact us if you are unhappy with your purchase, and we will do our very best to work it out.
