We only accept Paypal and only directly through the eBay listing.
We ship Monday to Friday. We have a Monday to Friday cut-off point of 2pm (UK time). Orders received before the 2pm cut-off will be posted the same day.
For UK customers you have two options at checkout. There is a free delivery option which is a 48 hour service from date of posting and we also have an expedited service at additional cost which is a 24 hour service. We use Royal Mail for our UK shipping and most orders have tracking numbers that you can track on the Royal Mail website.
For International customers, there is a postage charge (see listing for details). Our International courier is TrakPak. You can use your tracking number on the TrakPak website to see the progress of your shipment.
We offer customers a 30 day return policy from date of delivery. The buyer pays for return postage. Please make sure that you use the eBay managed return system for sending returns. The eBay managed returns system only allows sellers to refund. If you instead require an exchange, the best course of action is to contact us via the eBay message system. If you start a managed return but want an exchange then we will need to refund you upon receipt of your return and then ask you to place a fresh order instead. It would be helpful if you can include the delivery note with your return to speed up the returns process.
We will not accept returns outside the 30 day period. We will only accept returns that are in perfect condition so we can re-sell. The tags need to be attached and the clothing packaging or footwear box undamaged. If we are unable to re-sell the item as a customer has returned an item in an unfit state then we reserve the right to reject the return.
