This card was only awarded to the winners of the 2006 Gym Challenge Tournaments in Japan.   This was the only way to obtain this card.   The card is graded by PSA.  PSA is the worlds largest and most reputable grading and authentication company.  The card received the highest possible grade, PSA 10 Gem Mint.
