Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched the next working day. We use Royal Mail for all of our parcels. We have a postal collection every working day. If the first delivery attempt cannot be made, then your parcel will be taken to your local sorting office for collection

All of our CDs and DVDs are sourced from and will work in the UK. Unless otherwise stated, the DVDs are PAL encoded. If you are not in the UK, you should check your manual to ensure PAL compatibility. Faults with any of our DVDs must be reported to us with in 14 days of you receiving the order.
