Lionel 6800 red flat car is authentic Post war era.  It originally boasted a Beech craft Bonanza style airplane with folding wings and retractable landing gear and a V tail avail in two tone colors (typically). This classic flat car is in excellent condition  with minute play & track wear considering its 50+ year old age and purpose---to be played with---The flat bed surface has some light contact marks on it (again to be expected for its age and purpose). The white serif lettering is still bold and crisp and yields very nice legible graphics.

The Arch-Bar aka AAR trucks are in excellent condition with no signs of rust nor oxidation.

The magnetic disc activated couplers open properly as they should.

Cosmetically this flat car is in a solid C-7 excellent condition or better grade.

The load tie downs utilize the existing molded stake pockets of the flat car and 

no alterations or modification were done to the flat car...100% in tack.

The new load consists of:

1955 Ford Fairlane Crown Victoria in the two tone classic red/white enamel with a aqua green sun on die cast.

the '55 Ford die cast replica is quality made by Yat Ming Industries from the Road Signature Collection.

Will include all original packaging plus a nice plastic labeled display stand for displaying.

1957 Ford Fairlane 500 Sunliner convertible with Continental Kit in the classic two tone powder blue on white enamel finish on die cast.

The '57 Ford die cast replica is quality made by Jakks Pacific Inc., Road Champs Inc. and is highly detailed with doors and trunk lid. This model was manufactured in 1998.

Will include all original packaging plus an O gauge advertising billboard as well...neat!

These fine American classic beauties are scaled at 1:43 perfect for O gauge train layouts, dioramas, and the avid die cast classic model car collector, and for display shelf.

Makes a nice gift for the train and/or automobile enthusiast.
