Substantial Agate Ring

Fabulous and impressive Chalcedony, Carnelian / Sardonyx ring (I would tend to more Sard than Carnelian as the colour is quite dark rust)

You know a quality ring when you look at the inside rear and see that it is decorated as well as the front and in place that would not normally be seen.

This is quality.

I love the very rich yellow colour of the 18ct solid gold mount and band, it contrasts beautifully with the rust deep red of the Chalcedony stone. The setting is simple but attractive with very fine channels running around the oval frame.

This ring has touch marks on the outer rear of the ring but unfortunately they are unreadable - Continental makers tend to mark on the outside rear of rings.

Tested: Electronically tests as 18ct
