This has been in my family since as long as I can remember. Unfortunately run out of room/s to put it in!
Always thought it was a Guzzini but although it looks very similar, I think it's a copy - oh well.....

In first class condition. Works perfectly - comes complete with the necessary wiring.
In the spirit of transparency, the only issue would be the sprain in the plastic lower dome panel where it's held to the inside support frame: I've taken a closeup photo to show this but when the lamp is installed it's pretty difficult to see(as per the other photos) and certainly doesn't detract from the stunning effect of this lovely lamp.
