Comes with 2 batteries, original charger, and authentic Canon leather carrying pouch/case. I do not know how well the batteries hold their charge. No other accessories included.
Tested and shoots photos fine.
There is small dent on the bottom of the lens housing, you can see it in the photo of the bottom of the camera. Appears to be cosmetic only.
