Condition: Vehicles are Brand New Old Store Stock & Mint on Sealed Cards (MOSC). Cards are Unpunched & in Nice Condition with bright vibrant graphics showing just a little age/edge/storage wear. Plastic bubbles are still securely attached to the card on all sides with some dings and denting & some light scuffing from rubbing against other toys in the case.
