  • Payment:
    We require payment within 7 calendar days. If your item remains unpaid for 7 calendar days, we void the sale, re-enter the product back into inventory, file a non-paying claim with eBay to recoup our eBay fees. Sorry, but we need to get paid timely. We only accept PayPal. Under no circumstance can we accept any form of payment other than PayPal.

  • Shipping:
    USPS tracking information is emailed to the buyer from eBay once your order has been shipped. Please do not email us for tracking information. If the tracking number isn't available on USPS.com please give it up to 12 hours to become active. We ship via USPS ONLY at buyer's expense. Per PayPal policy, any order over $250 will require a signature for delivery. We can not alter this policy so keep that in mind when ordering. Shipping fee is for lower 48 states only - all others email for shipping fee before placing your bid. Most times your our order will ship within 1 business day after receipt of payment (weekends & holidays not included). If your payment is received and clears before 12 Noon ET, we will do our best to ship your order the same day. Shipping days & days in transit do NOT include weekends or holidays.

    We do NOT accept International bids, ship International or to APO/FPO boxes at this time.

  • Return Policy:
    When your merchandise is received, the buyer finds it to be materially different from the description in the auction, we will accept return of the merchandise. Buyer should notify us no later than 14 days after receipt of merchandise and we will authorize return. After satisfactory examination of the returned merchandise we will refund the buyer's bid price minus shipping.

    We're sorry but we can not, under any circumstances, accept return of new equipment after it's been used, even if it's only been hit once.

    The fairwaygolfoutlet-ny will ship multiple items purchased within a 1 day period and shipped together at a reduced rate to help save you money. The shipping fee on combined is calculated as follows:

    Item with the most expensive shipping fee ships at the full stated shipping fee for that item.
    Each additional item ships at one half the stated shipping fee.

    Select large - over size items cannot be combined due to size or weight.
