Packaging is included in the final price please note some of my packaging will consist on reused envelopes or boxes in perfect condition for shipping, helping in this manner the environment and lowering the packaging costs.

I do not post to PO Boxes national or international as 100% of our items are send by signed for or recorded delivery.

I only ship to verified confirmed PayPal addresses.

Delivery Times

My aim is to ship all our goods in 48 business hours after your purchase in some cases due to reasons beyond our control that deadline might be affected and you will be contacted with an update.

Delivery times are beyond my control once goods have been shipped. Couriers are then responsible for the goods and making sure they arrive on the time stipulated by the service chosen or agreed.

Most of my items ship via FREE Royal Mail or Parcelforce delivery services but in some cases, I might change the advertised shipping courier without previous notice, making sure that shipping time and charges are not affected. Once your item has been posted you will receive a dispatch e-mail with your tracking details that can be used at www.royalmail.comwww.parcelforce.com or stated courier. Please note, tracking numbers might not be trackable until approximately 8-10 pm on the date of dispatch, if you can track your item after 24 hours please let us know and we will try to assist you in the best way possible.

Return Policy

In the even that you are thinking in returning an item please contact me first I might be able to help you if you are having issues with any of your purchases.

Returned items must be in their original condition not tampered with or damaged in any way, complete with all parts, accessories, original packaging and any original invoices if provided.

Refunds will be issued once I have received the returned item(s) and have been checked to be in the same original condition. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and insurance which are non-refundable, we will not be held responsible for any missing or damaged goods in transit. I keep a data base of all serial numbers and a photographic record of each item. Please make sure you are fully aware of these terms, prior ordering.

Lost or damaged goods

In rare occasions goods can be lost or damaged in transit do not forget that you can track your purchases online as our goods are send by recorded or signed for deliveries. In the event that your purchase does not arrive or has been damaged please contact us immediately. Please understand that once the goods are shipped they are beyond my control but I will make sure to assist you in the best way possible.

Items sent by standard post will not be considered lost by the Post Office or courier until 15 working days after the due date for domestic post or 20 working days after the due date for international post. This can be a slow process as a full investigation has to be carried by the Post Office or courier services. Any refunds or compensation will be issued once the investigation has been completed. Please be aware that in the event of claiming for a lost or damaged goods your details will have to be shared with the relevant courier.
