Settlement or arrangements for settlement are to be made within 24hrs of commitment to purchase. Orders are generally dispatched within 1 working day of cleared payment.

A 14-day 'cooling off' returns window is in place for buyer to cancel their purchase. If return is desired, a refund of the sale price (excluding postage cost) will be issued. Buyer must pay for return postage. 

If goods are faulty, buyer will be issued a full refund. PM Antiques & Collectables will also cover the postage cost of returning the goods. 

Where goods are damaged in transit (and refund is requested), buyer is required to cooperate with PM Antiques & Collectables in the carrier compensation claims process whereby photographic evidence of the damages/loss is necessary. Buyer must retain the damaged goods (with all original packaging) and may be required to post them to carrier's inspection branch (a free-post UK address) upon request. A refund will be issued once sufficient material has been provided to carrier.

Established in January 2015, PM Antiques & Collectables is an online-based retailer of ceramics/glassware, memorabilia and a wide variety of other curious collectables. Owner Phil is a member of the Antiques Young Guns (AYG) and has antiques experience through his time working at Surrey auctioneer firms. He began preparations for the business at the age of nineteen and it has significantly progressed since commencement of trade. Phil has previously exhibited his stock at a selection of UK fairs and at Talbot House of Dorking; one of the largest antique centres in the south. Be it antique, vintage or contemporary, PM Antiques & Collectables aims to retail a range of stock that has widespread appeal to all.
