These are made by Stanley.  Part number is PY3365S.

We also have red 3mm Flat-Top LEDs available, that are the same size.

The last picture shows a display sign that we made out of these green, and also red, and yellow 3mm LEDs with a piece of black foam board.  These signs are pretty easy to make, and are big attention grabber's!  We use this sign, along with several other's which my daughter made, for displays at the shows we sell at across the US.
