After-sale Service
1. If you find package being damaged when pick it up at the Post Office, please do not sign the delivery receipt. Contact us within 24 hours and we will provide you with further solutions.
2. If you find item not working when test it for the first time, please contact us within 3 days and we will ship you a brand new item for free. Please ship the faulty item back in 7 days and we will cover the returning shipping cost.
3. For the condition caused by the software compatibility problem, contact us within 3 days and we will give you 100% refund. Please ship the incompatible item back and we will cover the shipping cost.
