This auction is limited to bidders in the United States.
The auction is managed on eBay Giving Works by Auction
Cause, a premier celebrity and brand auction management
agency, on behalf of The Michael J. Fox Foundation for
Parkinson’s Research. All bidders must have a PayPal
account to bid in this auction. A bid is a legally
binding contract. Please only bid if you are 100%
certain you can follow through with payment at the
winning bid price promptly. Winning another auction from
this seller for another pair of shoes does not remove
your obligation to pay for all pairs you have won, so
please bid carefully on each pair.
By participating in this auction, the bidder understands
and agrees to eBay's terms of service as well as all
terms and conditions mentioned here. We reserve the
right to reject any bids at our discretion and screen
all bidders. No part of the text, design, photos, video,
or other content from this auction or associated pages
may be used without written permission of the
appropriate license holders.
PREQUALIFICATION
This auction listing may be subject to prequalified
bidders only - this is a security verification measure
given the high profile nature of this auction. The
seller reserves the right to reject requests to bid or
cancel already approved bids at its sole discretion and
conduct further screening of bidders, including
requesting additional documentation on the ability to
make payment as well as request a deposit via PayPal or
credit card before being allowed to bid/continue
bidding, regardless of eBay feedback history.
PAYMENT
All sales are final. Payment is required within (2) two
days of the auction close. Winners will be blocked from
bidding on other auctions from seller if payment is not
made within 2 days.
TAX INFORMATION
A portion of the winning bid amount made through this
auction may be tax deductible. Consult with your tax
adviser for more information, as we do not provide tax
consulting.
SHIPPING
Free shipping is available to the United States. Please
refer to eBay's "Shipping and Payments" tab for costs,
carrier and other shipping information. All items will
be shipped with tracking and insurance included.
Shipping method to be used is determined by seller and
cannot be changed at request of buyer.
DELIVERY
All 2011 NIKE MAG shoes from this 10-day auction will
ship on the same day after the entire series ends on
September 18.
CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY
The 2011 NIKE MAG shoes come with an official
Certificate of Authenticity from Nike. This is a
miniature metal license plate (creative direction
inspired by the DeLorean). It will come with a product
code that can be registered on back4thefuture.com once
the 2011 NIKE MAG shoes are received by the auction
winner.

Q: HOW LONG DO SHOE BATTERIES LAST?
The shoe lasts approximately 5 hours per charge and
should last approximately 3000 hours in total life if
unworn.
Q: WERE THE 2011 NIKE MAG SHOES USED IN THE FILM
BACK TO THE FUTURE PART II?
The 2011 NIKE MAG shoes are movie prop replicas inspired
by the Nike shoes appearing in the 1989 film Back to the
Future Part II. The 2011 NIKE MAG shoes are not designed
or intended for normal wear and use as footwear.

No. For the power-lace feature you will have to wait
until 2015.

Once payment has been received, the item will be shipped
promptly at the conclusion of the 10 day auction. All
pairs of the 2011 NIKE MAG shoes will ship at the same
time, meaning auctions won on day 2 will ship at the
same time as auctions won on day 10. The buyer can refer
