Sizes
Sometimes our items do not conform to European sizing standards, it is important to check all of the measurements in the description rather than buying purely by size. To test an item is suitable first carefully read our measurement notes, then compare the given measurements to an item that fits well.
International Airmail shipping time
We ship orders as quickly as humanly possible, normally within hours of confirming payment, but once we have passed your order to the post office the delivery time is outside of our control. International Airmail normally delivers within 2-3 weeks but can take longer. We consider a parcel overdue after 1 month, if your order has not arrived by this time we will find a solution with you such as a replacement or a refund. If you require effective tracking or a faster shipping time please consider the courier alternatives we offer.
Drive in wrap pants are a unique style of pants that are very loose and comfortable to wear. The sides are both completely open with two sets of two strings stitched to the top corners of each panel that you must tie around the waist to secure the pants, creating a unique cut with side flaps that can open on each leg. Perfect for Burning Man and similar festivals.
How to tie drive in pants
The first few times you tie drive in pants they can be very confusing, but once you have done it a few times it does get easier! There are four strings used to tie drive in pants, two attached to each half of the pants. Position one half of the pants in front of your legs and wrap the two strings around your waist so they can be tied at your back, bring the pants between your legs so the remaining half of the pants are positioned at your back, wrap the last two strings around to the front of your waist and tie them.
You can wear drive in pants with the opening showing at your front or your back, to reverse the opening simply tie the back half of the pants before the front half.
Fabric: Textured synthetic Thai silk
Soft luxurious silk with contemporary textured patterns. Genuine silk is derived from the silk worm (or another silk producing creature), it is an exquisite material that is difficult to care for, tears and wrinkles easily, and is expensive to buy. This item is a synthetic Thai silk, with its fabric being a mix of other materials such as polyester or rayon, resulting in a much stronger easier to care for fabric with a good sheen at an affordable price. Measurements
- 1 inch (1") = 2.54cm.
- The given sizes are approximations only, exact measurements may vary.
- The items label may not match the advertised size, Asian labeling can be non-standard and we will often market an item according to European standards.
- To compare sizes take a similar item of your own that fits well and lay it flat, smooth it out and make sure it is buttoned or zipped if applicable. Use a tape measure to measure straight across, making sure the tape measure is tight.
- You may need to leave extra room for bulky items or for movement.
- Drive in pants are suitable for both men and women.
- Full waist is the total width of fabric around the waist (drive in pants have two separate identical panels, front and back, the full waist is the width of both panels added together), you must allow at least 5-10 inches for fabric crossover on the sides. The pants will be suitable to any smaller waist down to the width of one of the panels (half the full waist measurement).
- The rise of a pair of pants is the difference between the inseam and outseam, useful for checking if the pair is high waist or hiphugging.

Suggested care
- Hand wash separately in cold or luke warm water. Do not wash in hot water.
- DO NOT TUMBLE DRY OR MACHINE WASH.
- Do not dry in sunshine, hang dry in shade.
- Do not use Bleach or Chlorine.
- Do not soak for long periods.
- Medium Iron setting.
- Hint: To reduce any colour running or shrinkage soak separately over night in one tablespoon of salt and/or brown vinegar dissolved in hot water and then added to a basin of luke warm water.
- Some shrinkage is normal for cotton and rayon garments, please allow for this.

- International Airmail has no guaranteed delivery time, we cannot guarantee your order will arrive by any specific date.
- If you require an order quickly you may wish to look at the courier methods offered below.
- Shipments to Italy, France, Malta, South America, Russia, small or Island Nations normally take longer than larger countries, we consider parcels to these locations overdue after 6 weeks.
- We use an international agent who often moves shipments to more efficient countries for processing, this can make it appear like our parcels are sent from other countries but all depart from us in Thailand.
- In the rare event of a postal loss we fully cover you if you follow these steps:
1) Clearly state your correct shipping details.
2) Do not leave your delivery address unattended or move away from the address before the order is overdue.
3) Stay in contact with your post office every week to check if they have your parcel. Often overdue parcels have been held at the post office and will be returned if unclaimed.
4) Contact us between 14 and 25 days after shipment if the parcel has not yet arrived.
5) One month after shipping we will consider the parcel overdue, if you have followed the above steps and the parcel has not arrived we will find a solution with you such as a replacement or a refund.

- We have found EMS Courier to be an effective service, however all international parcels may be subject to customs delays so we cannot guarantee delivery by a set date.

- If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason please contact us and we will work with you to find the most suitable solution. Returns are accepted for products in their original condition however shipping costs might not be refundable so this is often not the most cost effective solution.
- Unless otherwise stated orders will be dispatched within 1 working day of payment confirmation (normally within hours), in the event there is a delay in dispatching your order you will be contacted with an explanation and have the option to wait for your order or have your payment refunded.
- We reserve the right to restrict delivery to the registered Credit Card address for Credit Card payments, or a Paypal confirmed shipping address for Paypal payments. We do not ship to Indonesia or Malaysia for orders paid by Credit Card or Paypal.
- Most of our items are handmade in small craft villages, unless otherwise stated our items are brand-new and unused. The producers we work with generally do not offer custom packaging or tags, simple generic packaging is normally used.
- When a buyer pays for an order using Paypal we will use the shipping address supplied by Paypal if it differs to the address given by eBay.
- We have had experience where writing a buyers phone number on a parcel has helped ensure safe delivery, so where possible we will add this. If you do not want us to write your phone number on your parcel please make a note of this when making payment.
- Buyers with an Italian, French, or island nation delivery address may be required to pay for a more expensive courier shipping option.
- Import duties or customs charges, although rare, are the responsibility of the buyer.
