If my parcel is despatched via Royal Mail how long should it take for delivery? - Orders placed before 2pm will be processed on the same day (MONDAY-FRIDAY). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following working day
- The usual delivery time for the Royal Mail 48 (2nd class post) is 2 - 3 working days
- If you can't wait 2 - 3 working days you can choose upgrade your Royal Mail postage to a faster service
- The usual delivery time for the Royal Mail 24 (1st class post) is 1 - 2 working days
If my parcel is despatched via the Carrier Network how long should it take for delivery? - Orders placed before 2pm will be processed on the same day (MONDAY-FRIDAY). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following working day
- Any orders being sent via a 24-hour courier will usually be delivered the next working day, however this is not a guaranteed service etc.
What happens if my order delivery is Late or Lost? - No delivery network is perfect and there are instances where your items may go missing which we have no control over
- We will take the following action to ensure you receive the goods you ordered and go through the minimum inconvenience
- Parcels sent via Royal Mail: Royal Mail wait 15 working days to declare a Royal Mail 24 (1st Class) parcel as lost
- We will send you a replacement if you haven't received your goods after 15 working days* for the UK, 20 working days for the EU or 25 working days for the rest of the world. (subject to our Lost Parcel Claim Form being completed)
- Royal Mail 48 (2nd Class mail) is subject to an additional 3 working days
- Parcels sent via Courier: Parcels sent via our carrier network are fully tracked and a signature is required (unless specific instructions are given)
