Are they stickers or engraved?
All covers are laser-engraved. We don’t use stickers like other sellers.
I want a design/image which is not listed in your store. What do I do?
Contact us letting us know what you want, and we will do our best to find something suitable.
Can I have something extra engraved, like my name or a short message?
If you require some customisation, such as a name or short message adding, get in touch.
How are the lighters packaged?
Lighters are packaged securely in a hinged gift box.
Is that auction image an actual photo?
Some images used may be mock-up. Actual item may have a slight variance.
How long will my item take to arrive?
This item is available for Fast Dispatch and we normally dispatch all orders placed before 2pm on the very same day. Although 99% of our items arrive within 48 hours, we're aware that sometimes your items may go missing via Royal Mail, which we have no control over. Royal Mail wait 15 working days to declare a package lost, we will send you a replacement if you haven't received it after 15 WORKING DAYS for the UK or 40 WORKING DAYS for the rest of the world to make sure you go through minimum inconvenience. What colour will the engraved area be?
We use a YAG laser-engraving system which simply removes a very fine layer from the surface of the lighter, the engraved area will always be a grey colour.
Can I have my club or business logo engraved?
Yes, simply contact us for more information.
I want to pay but don’t have a Paypal account. Can you take payment over the phone?
At the current time we can only accept payment through Paypal. If you want to pay using a major credit or debit card then Paypal checkout process allows this, without the need to create an account.
